Born with a passion for the Arts, Tasia began experimenting and showing her creative talents at an early age, in her hometown of San Diego, California.  Tasia is a self-taught contemporary artist, working primarily with acrylics. Her initial love for bright and psychedelic doodles or random symmetrical designs as she describes them, have since evolved, and today her mixed media works combine loud, vivid colors and textures resulting in unique bold designs on furniture and unconventional items such as mailboxes. Gone are the days of melting crayons to make custom candles; today, Tasia has ventured beyond painting and into mixed media projects like digital renderings, garden art, home decor, costumes & makeup designs, photography, event design, and beyond. Her ability to take a simple idea and transform it into a finished and polished product has landed her a number of comissioned projects.  Tasia has an acute eye for color combinations and compositions.  She has engulfed herself in expanding her portfolio as an artist and continues to delve into new mediums as projects require. In addition to being an artist, Tasia is a mother and lives a life with a love for music, family and friends. Tasia can be found in her studio on a Saturday morning molding clay or cutting snowflakes with her ten year old daughter, who looks to be following in her mother's artistic footsteps. Tasia is ready to take on whatever creative venture comes her way and will continue to hone her skills as a contemporary artist.
