This is a great category for getting extremely creative.  Is there an old knick knack or humidor lying around that is too hard to part with, but needs an overhaul?

Most of the gift items shown here are custom projects. My favorite custom gift hands-down is the 'My Mailbox Rocks' mailbox. 

 

This large mailbox has both the interior, exterior and sides painted and finished with a durable exterior varnish. The owner has told me that everyone from the pizza delivery guy to the mail carrier have all commented that her mailbox it the coolest they've ever seen, and that ROCKS!
